Zurich President Director Edhi Tjahja Negara stated that homecoming is not just a tradition but also an important moment for families.

Therefore, we want to ensure that travelers can journey without worry through this personal accident insurance program," said Zurich President Director Edhi Tjahja Negara in a statement in Jakarta on Wednesday.

"With insurance protection, the financial risks caused by accidents can be minimized, allowing families to have peace of mind," Edhi explained.
According to data from the Ministry of Transportation, the number of homecoming travelers has continued to increase, from 123.8 million people in 2023 to 193.6 million people in 2024. This congestion adds risks to various modes of transportation, whether by land, sea, or air.

Edhi outlined three main reasons why insurance protection is crucial for travelers:
