MNC Insurance Disburses IDR 1.22 Billion Claim for Store Fire in Surabaya

MNC Insurance's Marketing Director, Meindy Sihombing, stated that the company provided a claim amounting to IDR 1.22 billion as a form of commitment to its customers.

"Mr. David Hariono (store owner), we from MNC Asuransi Indonesia are here to fulfill our commitment by providing benefits in the form of an insurance claim disbursement of IDR 1.22 billion," said MNC Insurance Marketing Director Meindy Sihombing on Sunday (March 23, 2025).

Violetta Interior Decoration Store, located at Jalan Kertajaya No. 50, Gubeng District, Surabaya, sells various products such as carpets, curtains, sofas, wallpapers, and furniture.

As a loyal customer of MNC Insurance, David Hariono was entitled to receive the insurance claim to help recover his business.

Meindy emphasized that MNC Insurance is committed to providing a transparent claims process, ensuring that customers receive benefits in accordance with their policies.

"Today, we are here at Mr. David's place to symbolically hand over the insurance claim compensation for the fire incident that affected Violetta Interior. We are fulfilling our commitment to Mr. David as our loyal customer by providing a claim compensation of IDR 1.22 billion," she stated.

Meanwhile, David Hariono has begun a total renovation of his store. He hopes the repair process will be completed this year so that Violetta Interior Decoration can resume normal operations.
